Arabian Nights

I just went to my cousin’s sweet 16 party and she had the exact same theme i wanted, arabian nights/moroccan.

I still like that theme alot and would still like to do my party that way, just differenly. she has a belly dancer perform and then she came out and belly danced as well. She also had a henna artist and arabian tent decorations. Any ideas as to how i can still do this theme but differently would help! Thanks!

ok, I am Moroccan and I know what you need.
First, have a totally different decor. Look up ideas of how the lighting should be. Look for Moroccan lanterns and lamps. Should you rent or buy them?
There are websites that rent Moroccan tents, use one that is extremely different from the one that your cousin used.
You know, Moroccan theme party, but with different colors and shapes. She had a belly dancer, get yourself a snake charmer (or whatever the hell it’s called).
You can have a Moroccan band perform for all your friends instead of you having to dance in front of everybody, what if it does not work out the way you want it to? A band would be better.
The Food, Well, you know what she served, look for something totally different, Moroccan cuisine is one of the most diverse in the world, you don’t have to serve Couscous or anything very common, serve Moroccan bread with some bizarre Moroccan dessert.
